Constantly dealing with excessive sweating can be an emotionally draining experience. Every single day from morning until evening, excessive sweat sufferers are reminded of the problem that they have. Over time they become very self conscious and decide that avoiding social situations might be best. If they are forced to go out, they are constantly aware of the problem and are on guard. They cannot relax because they’re afraid that someone will notice the sweat stains on their shirt that they’re trying desperately to hide.
